We start with a free telephone consultation to quickly assess your needs and create a targeted care program.

Questionnaires

If an assessment is warranted, we send a series of questionnaires for relevant parties to complete.

Assessment

We schedule your assessment date, typically around 2 hours, or split into two 1-hour sessions if that suits you better.

Follow-up & treatment plan

At your follow-up appointment we go over the findings and any diagnosis, and outline your individualized treatment plan.
